We believe a hotel cannot truly be considered authentic and inclusive without offering tailored hospitality to every guest. That's why our property is completely barrier-free: every space is easily accessible. We ensure the best possible stay for guests with disabilities, who will find spacious elevators, easy-to-use common areas, and rooms designed for their specific needs. Plus, if you book a Comfort room, you can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to our more spacious Superior Triple room.
Pet-friendly
Four-Legged Stays
We understand how happy traveling with your pet makes you: they're part of the family, and it's natural you'd want to bring them along to visit Florence. We gladly welcome them at our hotel for an additional €12 per day. We don't have size restrictions, but we do ask that you inform us of their presence when booking. We'll welcome your furry friend with an extra dose of cuddles and dedicated services like beds and bowls, all just for them (upon request).
