From grain and vegetable soups to great meat classics like the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina, all the way to authentically local desserts such as cantucci accompanied by vin santo. In the kitchen, we use only the freshest raw materials, ideally harvested or raised just a few kilometers from here. Only then can we offer, with every bite, a journey into the most genuine and true Tuscany.

Info & Hours
Ristorante Opera is open from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We also welcome guests from outside the hotel. Reservations are highly recommended.
